Having founded designdough in 2006 out of a love for brand and print design, Joe remains the driving force behind the studio and its creative goals, aims and ambitions. He works under the principle: ‘work hard and be nice to people' which is proven by the studio's loyal client relationships.
Alice is our print guru and has an amazing eye for editorial, layout and brand continuation. She’s also a keen digital illustrator and is able to break down a message into concise and logical icons and imagery. Her love of organisation, maps and travel means that’s she always giving the team insights into the best and cheapest flights available!
Originally a product designer, Owen gives an original spin to every project he works on. As our resident Welsh speaker, he’s always flying the bilingual flag. He is also a talented photographer, preferring to hone his skills whilst traveling, with his recent trip to Japan producing some amazing results.
Abi coordinates all of the studio’s design, print and marketing projects, making sure everything is where it should be at the right time and that everyone is happy. She matches her creativity with her penchant for organisation and spreadsheets! Abi is the craftswoman of the studio and is always on hand with ideas for arty projects if we're in need of a creative boost.
Ez started with us as a graduate intern and impressed us so much with his creative flair, way of seeing things differently and zest for design, that he soon became a full-time member of the team. His laid back attitude and constant enthusiasm is infectious, and you’ll always be able to find him in the studio - just follow the beat-boxing and car noises (he has now been given the nickname ‘The Crazy Frog’)
Rhys is our resident web developer and amazes us everyday by turning static design into insightful, creative and undoubtedly cool web environments for our clients. It took a long time to find him but it was worth the wait, especially seeing as he’s a mean Spotify DJ (eclectic to say the least) and performs the most convincing Arnold Schwarzenegger impression we’ve ever heard.
